The PPRA Logbook and Portfolio of Evidence programme is a set of tasks prescribed by the PPRA that prove that the Candidate Agent has done the necessary practical work and acquired the necessary knowledge to act as an Estate Agent.
A portfolio must be compiled by the Candidate Agent during his 12 month internship period, evidencing his understanding and experiences of the real estate environment.
